Chapter 4 tells that Gautam Buddha believed that one should view life as it is and accept life's changes as it comes. Taking changes in life helps a person to move on in life. Nothing and no one has a permanent identity, so one needs to sacrifice one’s ego and the love for worldly objects. Buddhism believes in no permanent soul, and everything changes. So one should accept the changes, including the griefs of life, which is a part of our reality.
